A: No. Kotten Bellies' photos, names, stories, and written descriptions are part of the original artwork and adoption experience. If you rehome a doll, please use your own photos and description.

Q: What is the fastest way to contact you?
A: Instagram or Facebook is the fastest way to get a response.
Q: Can you make me a baby like the one that just sold?
A: No, I'm sorry. One-of-a-kind babies are extremely difficult to recreate as they tell me who they want to be...I don't get to tell them.
Q: Will you hold this baby for me until payday?
A: No, this is my job and how I pay my bills. I have added AfterPay on my website to allow for payments. Also, Etsy offers Klarna at checkout to assist in payments as well. Making payments via AfterPay or Klarna will not delay me shipping your baby because I am paid in full by the companies.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. Dolls do not ship internationally, but the coloring books will. Kotten Bellies dolls ship in the United States of America only. All packages are shipped FREE with tracking and insurance.
Q: Do you do commissions?
A: Sadly, I would love to, but I just don't work well if the doll is not something I'm personally attached to or can visualize.
Q: Do you do doll-making classes?
A: It is something I'm very interested in pursuing in the future, so I'm not going to rule it out.
Q: Will you be selling patterns in your shop?
A: I have wanted to sell more patterns, but it's just not something that has "called me" this year.
Q: If I'm not happy with the doll I've purchased, can I get a refund?
A: Each Kotten Bellies doll is a one-of-a-kind, handmade original.I carefully inspect every doll before photographing and listing it for sale. What you see on the website is the exact doll you will receive — no stock photos, no duplicates. Because of the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, I do not offer refunds or returns on dolls. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to reach out with any questions before checkout. I’m always happy to help you feel confident in your adoption.
Q: USPS late, delayed, or lost packages?
A: All orders are securely packaged and shipped with tracking provided. Once a package has been scanned into the USPS system, delivery is handled entirely by USPS. At that point, transit times, routing, and delays are outside of Kotten Bellies’ control. Occasionally, packages are delayed or misrouted. In my years of shipping, the vast majority of delayed packages do arrive, sometimes just later than expected. Kotten Bellies is not responsible for USPS delays or packages that are still in transit. If a package appears stalled, I recommend contacting USPS directly to open a Missing Mail Search. I’m always happy to assist with tracking information if needed.
