Every Kotten Bellies doll is an original, handmade piece. No two are alike, and once adopted, they cannot be duplicated or recreated.
Each doll is carefully inspected before being photographed and listed. The doll shown in the photos is the exact doll you will receive.
Your doll arrives thoughtfully packaged, complete with its original presentation and documentation, creating the full Kotten Bellies unboxing experience.

💳 Refunds & Returns
Due to the one-of-a-kind, handmade nature of Kotten Bellies dolls, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
All sales are final.
I take great care in accurately representing each doll so you can adopt with confidence.
📦 Shipping & Processing
Orders are securely packaged and shipped promptly. You will receive tracking information once your doll is on its way.
All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance.
📮 USPS Delays & Lost Packages
Once your package has been scanned into the USPS system, delivery is handled entirely by USPS. Transit times, routing, and delays are outside of Kotten Bellies’ control.
Occasionally, packages are delayed or misrouted. In my years of shipping, delayed packages almost always arrive — sometimes just later than expected.
Kotten Bellies is not responsible for USPS delays or packages that are still in transit.
If tracking appears stalled, I recommend contacting USPS directly to open a Missing Mail Search. I’m happy to assist with tracking details if needed.
In the rare event that USPS officially declares a package lost after investigation, I will work through the appropriate USPS insurance claim process.

Gentle handling is recommended to preserve their details and character over time.
